Stephen Snaith is the owner and president of Ottawa Valley Timber Works. From a young age Stephen was always building things. This passion for wood working evolved throughout his career.

Having completed the Heritage Carpentry Program at Algonquin College in Perth. Stephen started Ottawa Valley Timber Works which speciallizes in Timber Framing and Custom Carpentry. Over the years he has built several Timbered Projects varying in size and scope.

Ottawa Valley Timber Works focuses on creating quality traditional timber framed structures as well as carefully restoring older ones. There is an emphasis on precision, tradition and quality.

With our approach to Carpentry, we will construct everything from footings all the way to V-joing Pine Ceilings and Steel Roofs.
